Using the cyanotype printing technique, ethereal compositions are captured using sunlight, shadow, and water. Our designers push the medium to create spectral images and textures, at times representative and at other times abstract. The resulting Phantasm collection is a series of evocative murals full of gorgeous handmade details in rich shades of cyan blue.

Some of our cyanotype wallpaper designs capture the movement of saltwater against light-sensitive paper. The act of water, salt, and photo chemicals colliding results in dynamic designs full of textures, tones, and oxidized metallic golden threads. Other pieces from the collection use various textiles and found objects to create a wide range of silhouettes and textures. Through artistic experimentation, some of our cyanotype wallpaper resembles watercolor and marble surfaces, while other designers used fabric and thread to create organic moments of transparency and opacity.
